“We ordered the Christmas Dinner pickup. It could not have been any better! The menu was really unique and included some delicious appetizers. The apple cinnamon bread pudding with caramel sauce were to die for. Odette exceeded our expectations and made Christmas Eve dinner really special. “First time ever! Went to go to another restaurant but they were closed, so glad they were. Zachary was our waiter, great guy, wonderful service, excellent food, & the bartender was like no other. Best Ribs & Chicken anywhere! Steak with house sauce was excellent! Last but not least the skillet brownie had ice cream & caramel sauce. It was fresh & hot YUMMY. To say the least 5 STARS! We will definitely be back!! Oh by the way Happy Birthday Zachary!“

“The people that work here are amazing! They try their hardest even when short staffed or extremely busy. The kitchen staff go as fast as they can to build amazing food dishes for people and though sometimes it may take a little longer...they all do it with love. From the managers to the cooks to the cashiers/servers...you all always put a 100% in and that should definitely be recognized! Keep up the AMAZING work!!“

“Me and my wife ate here for breakfast on Saturday 9/20/25 and Lunch on 9/21/25 and let me say this place is AMAZING!! “We had the pleasure of meeting the general manager yesterday, who overheard our conversation about how much we enjoyed our food. He came over to express his appreciation for our visit and stated that he was happy we enjoyed our meal. He was very kind, and our waitress provided exceptional service. The establishment was friendly and professional. As a resident of Huntsville, we visited Florence to see the Helen Keller home and the Frank Lloyd Wright Museum. BBB was the icing on the cake - a delightful experience. This was our second time in Florence, and we will most definitely return.“

“I am slightly disappointed in Ichibans steak and lo mein hibachi dinner. The only complaint I have to address is regarding the lo mein noodles. I usually would not post a review but I’m super disappointed that I paid 20 dollars for this plate and the lo mein noodles are in fact the same noodles that we use in our spaghetti we cook at home. Great value brand noodles, not Bertolli. If it were Bertolli It wouldn’t have been as bad. I will say that the steak was good. But that’s it. Just a plate of chopped steak. 20 dollars.“

“Server was very kind and patient as it was my first time attending the restaurant. I ordered the fajitas and they came out rather quickly and had good flavor. Was not a huge fan of the beans and rice, but all the vegetables and meat were great. The restaurant's atmosphere from a decorative standpoint was the weakest link but it was still clean and not reason enough to not try it for yourself. I honestly enjoyed my experience as a nice lunch restaurant and would go again.“

“when you come in and ask for someone by name your younger waitresses don't let the older waitress wait on you this is twice I've come ask for the older waitress and your smart butt who stay on there phones all the time tried to wait on me so I walked out, if your going to run a business like this I will not be back and your so called mangers should not allow this but seems there always in hinding. I will say more thing the food was great and service was great by the older waitress the first time I come in but have not been able to request the older waitress since the first time I come in.“
