Chicken Restaurants near Shorter

“My husband and I stopped in on 11/18/25 @ 5:41pm. We ordered the 10 piece family meal. The young man that took our order was on it! No waiting, very well mannered, he was awesome. The young lady that got our order ready was the same! Both were friendly, well mannered & on their A game! The food was fresh, the chicken, the biscuits & fries were the best we have had at any Popeyes & we are in a semi from coast to coast. The restaurant was clean, no dirty tables, no overflowing trash cans, no nasty floors.. everything was spot on! I wish I knew the young man & young ladies names because they definitely deserve a raise! I can guarantee that the next time we are driving through Shorter, AL we will be stopping in for some food!“
