“While I recommend Ride on Smoothies. I did have an issue with customer service. I usually call and prepay before picking up my beverage. Today, I went online to reserve my beverages. It was not available. I called the store and was told it was a mistake and they had plenty! I told her I was en route. I arrived and of course, it's Saturday and the parking is hectic! I called and asked if I can prepay and have someone to run my package out to me. I'm told know after a text from the manager. They don't do that. What?! It's always been done. I said, okay, I'll put my hazards lights on, run in quickly, and be done. I see new employees. She explains to me that it's busy and she couldn't come out to meet me. I'm confused, because you told you don't do it anymore. I have anxiety and a disability. This is why I do this. I was annoyed! Do better Ride on Smoothies & Juice Bar.“

“I came in today for my first time and had such a welcoming and warm experience. Both employees were so sweet but Ellie (I believe was her name) went above and beyond explaining the drinks and best combinations. I ended up getting a smoothie açaí with peanut butter under her influence and let me tell you, it was the best thing I've ever had. I will 100% be returning to try the various smoothie bowls. What a wonderful person and establishment<3!!!!“
