Extremely rude manager orders are never correct slow service and the food is not up to par with any other Jack’s
was in there today may 5th at 1030 and the girl doing the food needed her attitude adjusted. she was making food and throwing it to the employees bagging the food. almost dropped my food in the fryer as she was throwing my fries on my plate. very rude and miserable. I feel sorry for the employees and the customers. this is the reason buisneses get a bad name fast
I got a Fried green tomato snack.The tomatoes are paper thin are were fried so hard you couldn't eat them.And got a total of 5 French fries.2 which were very small and hard.I said I would never go back after the last time I went. I got a bacon cheese burger the meat was cooked to death. It was like shoe leather. The bacon on it was so hard and rolled up .Guess it was cooked in a microwave way to long.This will be my last time to go to Jack's at Snead ,Al.They are the worst !
