What a joy to see this local favourite busy and buzzing on an early Sunday evening. If you haven't been in a while and the menu is expanding, with some old favs returning and some excellent new selections. The real baby back ribs are absolutely delicious. The miso salmon is new and a great fish selection. Great service made for an enjoyable dining experience.
We have been dining at California Dreaming for 17 years and have become very familiar with what to expect; great food, service and outstanding hospitality. Stopped by several weeks ago and noticed things we quite up to par and shared that with management. Hats off to Sam and his staff for not only addressing our concerns but going out of their way to let us know how much they appreciate loyal return customers. Nice save everyone and keep that great customer service mindset!!
First of all, it was Hell degrees outside, but cool and comfortable inside the Restaurant. Very clean and the service was GREAT. My Cousin ordered the Seafood Nachos which were excellent, Plus we had the California Dreaming Salad, wonderfully refreshing and huge. The Salmon was great also. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Spanish Fort, Alabama.
