I door dashed a steak Quesadilla with queso and guacamole inside. I paid extra for the queso and guacamole add ons, but when my order arrived, those two items were left off. they also didn't send sour cream on the side as requested or salsa for the chips.
Visited a Moe’s in Spanish Fort, AL.
When I got to the register to pay it kept declining my card which was absolutely impossible. They were rude and then the lady next to me also had the same experience. They realized their machines were not connected to network and had to reboot their entire system. While I waited there over 15 mins they kept saying okay try it again now. Use to be the best! Tonight’s experience was so bad, ran out of steak and chicken. Cooked so fast it was served raw. The line, salsa, drink station just dirty. We think it was manager bc black shirt was texting on the food line while all this was going on! No name tags on anyone. Just sad experience all around! Miss the old Moe’s!
