“Passion for food is the theme here. Every tiny detail is attended to. You will come across aged beef in several places around Baldwin county and surrounding, but nothing like what you get here. Go all in! Get the most aged steak they have and see what you’ve been missing out on in life. It is served perfectly cooked on a plate by itself because that’s really all you need. They have sides and accoutrements but that steak is a flavor experience all its own.“

“Food and service was good, but they need to realize that carpets and restaurants don't mix!! I used to be in the carpet cleaning business and I know how absolutely disgusting carpets in restaurants are, and you can smell it when you walk into Longhorns. There is a reason why restaurants change to tile or wood flooring.“

“Every aspect was excellent. Our server, Katelyn, was superb, professional, friendly and timely. Our food and beverages were served quickly and correctly. The two side salads were perfect. Our full rack of ribs, onion rings and mac & cheese casserole were delicious. We are returning soon! God bless Briquettes, the staff and God bless America!“
