I have never had a bad experience here in Sylacauga. I go almost every morning from 6:30 to 6:50 am. They know me by name and they know what I'm gonna order. Meg, Lexi and all the other gals rock! Sylacauga Starbucks is the best!
Today, I had an experience. It was one that, to some, may not seem that great. But to me? My entire week has been made! The girl who handed me my coffee, Megan, was an absolute doll you hear me?? A NATIONAL TREASURE just like the king, Nic Cage himself!! She greeted me with a smile, told me to have a good day and even said goodbye! That was so sweet of her! The normal girl that is in there wasn't working today and she always has a pleasant attitude and is so friendly. I ordered online and messed my order up and even admitted my fault simply asked to have it remade and said I would repurchase the drink since it was my mistake...and I was still met with attitude like it was an inconvenience servicing their customers...work on your customer service and attitude ladies.
