Wouldn't recommend it. Went for breakfast and dinner because it was close to my hotel and neither experience was worth talking about.

Loved Jacks. Staff was super friendly. In town for the race. Very welcoming. Food was yummy.

Outstanding service . Lashondra was a pleasure to give my order too, as she helped in all ways possible to assure my meal was delightful. It was real busy mostly drive thru bit no matter my request she made it happen. Thank you dinner was delicious

This location is terrible. The food always sloppy. Never get my order right. Workers have stank attitudes. Tea always nasty and taste old. And at night the lights don’t be on so the parking lot always dark and they looked closed and it’ll be like 7 pm. I love jacks but this location I try to avoid. I’ll drive to my next town over to get better service.

The Jack's in Talladega Alabama was something else. It appeared to be clean. But standing for nearly 10 minutes to be waited on, and I was the only one in line. Then the person who took my order had a mood like I had interrupted her day. Then I watched my burgers get made because the person who was supposed to bag the food was talking on her cell phone. I would have gave 5 stars if the employees just one of them acted like they were happy that I was there. They weren't rude or mean it was like I was invisible.

I went through the drive through and ordered. Rude service over the intercom. I got to the window to an employee on the phone with a friend cussing and ranting about customers and being there having to deal with people. She never said a word to me as she handed out food and drinks while she talked on the phone and yelled at customers trying to order through her mic. The worst service I have ever encountered.

Waited a long time this morning in the drive through. Speaker is broke. They have a person taking orders on the curb. They didn't have what I went there for. So I ordered biscuits and gravy. I don't live close to Jacks. I got home and sat down to eat, on my second bite I had a long hair in my mouth. 100% a workers hair because I am bald so it can't be mine. Very disappointing. They last straw for this Jack's. Ever heard of a hair net? No, because I've never seen anyone in there with one. This Jack's use to be awesome. Not so much now

Somebody could have been cleaning the bathrooms if they were gonna just hang out.

Had to put a single star to make sure it was seen only. We will never visit this one again. Only blacks working front and 2 white people working in back. We are white and could not get waited on they where all in drive through for one car and would not take our order. I know the health inspector in this area and they can expect a surprise visit. By far the most racist place I've ever been in and I've worked retail for 40 yrs.
