I just have to say that I experienced some of the most courteous and gracious service at a drive through I have in some time. I get good service a lot. But this was over the top.
I ordered a pot pie. They had to cook more, which I didn’t mind cause I figured it would be hot and fresh, and it was.

No extra crispy served, bummer
This location is one of the better ones, with very friendly and super fast service. I wish the others were like this one. The food quality is a little better than the other stores' as well, which is a bit unexpected, but a nice surprise.

KFC is a restaurant that serves fresh food promptly, although some issues with drinks may occur. The service can be slow at times, but the staff is friendly and tries to do their best. Dining in on Saturday nights is a good option, as it is less crowded and the employees are helpful and kind. However, there may be delays when placing orders, and sometimes menu items may not be available. Overall, KFC offers good food, but some improvements are needed in terms of service and communication.
