We arrived right at opening time and were the only customers present.One item of our food had to be re-cooked because it wasn't done, but the staff did so pleasantly and even offered a free piece of cheesecake while we waited, (which we declined), however, this is an action that speaks to the customer service aspect of a business and was very appreciated.The dining room looked very nice and organized, and very tidy upon entrance, however, the tables themselves were not very clean...read full review
Drive thru was slow. It's like they can't do 2 things at once. I was at the menu waiting for like 2 mins before I was even acknowledged I was there. Then I got my order placed. And waited in line for 5 mins on the car in front of me.

Their very nice their short staffed so it's hard watching people be so rude about the time. It's seafood as well they have to cook it fresh, that takes time as well. Everyone please be nice, try having patience cause God don't like ugly. Captain D's keep up the good work!!
