I work for a food delivery service. Everytime i come here they never have my orders done. Tonight when i had come in, my order hadn't even been started, 5 other food delivery people came in after me yet they all got their food before me and my order was a simple cheeseburger meal.They purposely handed me the wrong order and gave me attitude when I explained that it wasn't correct, eventhough i had told them what the order was a few times prior to them handing me it. By far one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I was overcharged and when I tried to get the cashiers attention she had answered her cell phone by the time I noticed it and she kept walking further away as I tried to get her attention. The once I finally got to explain it her and her manager was acting like I was a hassle by asking for the money to be refunded instead of just keeping the extra food I didn’t ask for. Ordered off the $2 menu, s sausage mcgriddle, got my receipt, was charged 2.39. When I question the differ, told me they raise the price. Well. If that's the case, they need to remove it from the $2 menu. I thought how many others thought they were paying $2, but really hot hit with 2.39.
