We typically choose Oxford, AL for our dinner and lunch plans because Talladega has plummeted in customer service, and food quality in recent years. BUT when we do eat in Talladega we typically do Pizza Hut. We also usually choose to get Pizza Hut delivered to our home, but since we were in town we just ordered through the drive thru. Yesterday afternoon, I ordered 15 pizzas, bread sticks, and 2 liter sodas online for an 8:45pm pick up. The team had my order ready and piping hot when I arrived for pick-up. GREAT JOB! I really appreciated their detail of my order.

Food is ok. Pizza had plenty of toppings but kept falling off due to no cheese on top of them, pizza dough is frozen so can get better tasting pizza somewhere else. Staff doesn't seem to care if you are there or not. Didn't come to pickup window so had to go inside and they had music playing too loud to hear the window buzzer
