The gentleman working the drive thru tonight was the nicest, kindest, most polite person I've ever been served by in a restaurant. I didn't catch his name, but I will definitely be back for the amazing service. Thank you, sir.
it's fine. it's an Arby's. the people that work here are rude but I would probably be rude too if I had to work at Arby's. one time I was so high that I drove off without my food. they were pretty cool about it.

The meat on our sandwich was dry, like it had been sitting out for a while. The fries were also stale, and all in little pieces, I would not recommend eating here. My family won't be going back.
