Service was quick and the girl who took my order was so pleasant that it will make me want to come back. I didn’t catch her name, but I hope the owner knows what a good job she is doing.“

“Had the best service this afternoon at the DQ in Tallassee. Got up to the drive through and was asked to hold. After a very brief wait, a very nice gentleman took my order. There was not one specific thing he did that was extraordinary, but he was pleasant and had the best attitude. At the window he offered my dogs “pup cups”. I didn’t even know that was a think at DQs. My order was accurate, well prepared. The hot stuff was hot. The cold stuff was cold. He thanked me for my business and said he hoped we came again. I didn’t catch his name, but he certainly brighter my day!“

“Thanks for all of the support but I have something to address for all of you negative key boards writers first of all this is a business that strives to do its best for the customer of Buck's Cafe we have realized that you can't please everyone in this business because you gonna have people that complain about everything,if you negative people didn't realize that covid changed everything or you just don't care but my job is to look out for me,my workers,and customer s safety so if you see paper or plastic utensils it's for safety reason don't get on here being negative when we strive to give you the best business if you don't like our service don't come in,I have to pay for everything in here if it's bottle water or paper cups don't come looking for nothing free,for the all you can eat Buffet it is what it is don't overload your plate and think your taking one to go you can but you got to pay,if theirs a problem address it to me or to one of my staff and we will do our best to accommodate you before you take it here or to facebook,we have silver utensils and real plates if you don't like what you are eating out of politely ask and will accommodate you to the best service also the buffet close at 130pm don't come in at 1 and think we suppose to load it back up fully for you,try some of these fast food places I bet you will not get the service that we give once again thanks for all the support“

“I love the energy the folks there give off unlike another auto parts store I used to frequent. Anyway there's a young man in there that didn't dilly dally about helping me 100% with everything to do with my car. I will be going back as long as the employees there, along with their great attitudes, continue to help us customers. Thanks guys.“
