Order is always wrong and has been for the past month I’ve gone there . I don’t understand how they always give me the wrong food every time , then when you say something about your order being wrong the lady gets an attitude and is rude

Worse location go to Everything is always down never have any machine working They’re always saying they don’t have frappe or their ice cream machine is down as well not having certain food items . You’re better off making the drive and going to the location in fultondale instead

The manager at this place is the RUDEST woman I’ve ever met, she was screaming at me demanding to see my receipt after I’d already paid and was waiting for my food at the next window. The cashier was about to hand me my food then the manager came and snatched it away demanding to see my receipt, and when I was struggling to find it she started yelling at me. That women needs mental help if that’s how she treats her customers, I can only imagine how awful she treats her employees.
