Don’t eat here I order food from the app and everything was ice cold drinks were watered down. Called the store was rudely hung up been trying for weeks to get in touch with the manager who the people either says they are too busy or call back later. I have been trying district manager who doesn’t return a call. Tired their corporate office to no avail. Filled complaints with BBB and corporate HQ nothing. Take your money elsewhere not here

I came there and I brought my grandson for this interview. We stayed there to wait until the man got there but he did not arrive. He the young lady told him that the manager would not be there until the next day I guess because of the snow. This is not how business is done, every thing about service is down . I do not appreciate wasting time like that.

I always stop at this location for breakfast on my way downtown for work. The service here is is fast and they are friendly. They actually ask you how many cream and sugars you want in your coffee. The biscuits are soft and fresh. The pleasant staff is what I appreciate the most.

I'm not happy with my service at all on 12/20/2024 at 5:30am. I ordered the 2 sausage, egg and cheese McDuffie deal and when I checked the bag I only had one sandwich. I tried to go inside to get the order straightened out but as usual, the lobby was closed. I went back through the drive thru and explained I had ordered the 2 sandwich deal and was told to get my receipt and pull around. The guy said just pull up and they can fix that so I pulled up and told her I had ordered the 2 sandwich deal but only got one sandwich for the price of the deal. I told the girl I needed one more sandwich and she told me I would need to go back through the drive thru and order it. I went back through the drive thru and when I got to the first window again the guy said there was only one sausage egg and cheese McDuffie on the receipt so explained I had ordered the 2 sandwich deal. He wanted to charge me full price for the one sandwich again and by this time I'm so angry I told him to just forget it. I didn't get breakfast that morning because I gave the one sandwich to my wife. That was all the cash I had on me that day and I had borrowed it just to get my wife and I some breakfast. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service experience these employees have. I feel they should have made my order right without trying to charge me again. These employees wanted to argue with me rather than make the order right. That was the fault of the employee that took my order, not mine. I hope something is done about this because you are going to lose
business with that kind of service. Thank you!

I went inside to order to-go instead of going through the drive thru because the drive thru line was long only to be waiting on an employee to tell me that I had to use the kiosk to order myself. So first of all why are you getting paid if I have to place the order myself? And second of all it took so long for me to figure out how to use the kiosk and I needed a special request of upgrading my drink size with my meal for my order which I was unable to do because it did not allow for my special request on the kiosk so I ended up leaving frustrated and late for my doctors appointment because I ended up having to go through the drive-thru anyways. KIOSKS SHOULD BE AN OPTION NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR CUSTOMERS!!!

How is this place still in business? For the past 2 months when you get to the drive thru and they say that they are only accepting cash or mobile orders. I use the app so personally I have no issues. But how can you continue to turn away customers for months because they do not have cash, especially when we live in a mostly cashless world? It seems like McDonalds should have an IT department that could easily fix whatever issue this location is having taking cards.

I work with Uber and I pulled up and instead of opening the window real quick and explain they're not open yet she wants to start shaking her hand and trying to yell through the glass then get smart with me two times after I would definitely try to go to a different location at least until they fire her
