My driver and I are on the bus,we can't go through the drive tru.So we get off the bus, on several occasions, they don't have enough employees to open the doors. So we have been denied service. No water, breakfast, coffee or anything.So upset and disappointed ?

Service and atmosphere should be zero stars. This location has some of the rudest black women I’ve ever seen. I told them my food was cold and they acted like I was the problem. Especially the women in drive thru. Get a job that makes you happy and not miserable, ugly, rude person.

DONT GO TO TARRANT,AL Location!I was just going to get lunch and I was yelled at by some rude and atrocious woman at the drive thru for no reason. She made me come back to the window eventhough I come there all the time and everybody says just go to the next window but she rudely scolded and demanded that I come back to the window or I wouldn’t get my food. The food sucked too!
Misty is very nice worker and is a good manager nice and kind she is respectful and kind to all of her customers and makes sure they are well taken care

Placed an app order at the Tarrant location during dinner time hours which was an easy experience. Pulled up to drive through, gave them the order code, picked up my order at the window within two minutes. The food was hot and fresh ????
