The store manger by the name of Byron is rude I simply asked him about why no drinks,napkins and sauces and why the food quality has went down he gave me the most stupidest response about cinnamons bons ..get him the hell away from. That store he has made it a bad store never have no product ever who is the district manager will she ever step in and see what's going on and he always on the phone you guys matter as well close it down he is not no good manger I will advise anyone not to patronize that store save your money and on top of that his uniform was nasty 🤢 beard need to be clipped and facial hair disgusting and this what you guys in the big house upstairs representing taco bell brand please hurry and make changes

I normally go to this location because of the accessibility from my home. My most recent and definitely last experience was during night shift. From the taking of my order snappily, cashier getting upset when I ask for hot and fire sauce (but she had put mild sauce in the box beforehand apparently), and the slamming of the window in my face as I was saying “thank you”. As a person who has worked in the food industry since I was 15 (Taco Bell being my 1st job), I feel it’s important to always be kind and accommodating to your customers. I definitely didn’t appreciate any of it since I was being nice saying “please” and “thank you”. Then my food was old. Chalupa shell crunchy and hard, chips hard, cheese chunky, and yall may have guessed it by now out of Baja blast. I hope they start doing better and prayers to all of them.

This is good Taco Bell. Food was fresh, but it seems they are always out of the different sodas. Last time I went, they only had Starry, before that they were out of Pepsi.

Went in on 7/16/2025. My total order came to $20.54 for one meal and two extra tacos. After paying for said meal I was told they were out of all drinks except for dr. Pepper and Baja Blast (neither of which I like) . Went to grab sauces for my tacos and was told they only had fire and Diablo (I wanted mild or hot). And lastly asked for napkins and was told they were out. Will not be going back to that location again and I suggest anyone reading this stays away from there. I will be sure to pass the word around about what an absolute disgrace this location is

I made a Uber eats order when I received my food which was the New nuggets w/seasoned fries it was horrible...my nuggets was hard and burnt and I received nacho chips instead of fries I couldn't even eat them... I tried calling the store several times but no answer...

One of the better Taco Bells in or around Birmingham. Food is always hot. And their service is impeccable 👌. Friendly and courteous. They ask if there's anything else that you need. And... I dont get asked to drive down from the window to help their timer--that's irritating.
Nope. I’ve eaten at this location on and off for many years and it was once THE BEST Taco Bell. No longer deserves a 1 star. Just ate there for the LAST time.

I ordered the burrito supreme. It had no beans three shreds of lettuce and a pinch of meat. This was on April 17th at 11:30 pm. Whomever made this for a paying customer need his ass whipped. Or better yet fired.
