I drove 40 minutes to be told that they stopped cutting meats at 4 even though it was not listed on their website or social media! I drove past so many other options to try to support a local business only to be disappointed!
I must state that this is by far one of the best butcher shops in Mobile and the best in West Mobile. They provide high quality meats and give you great bundles that saves you money. We found the ground chuck to amazingly great tasting. The roast were above board, the chicken was awesome. We plan on cooking the house sausage and bacon with beans in the coming day's. For an extra 10 minutes drive you can experience great meat with service you can not beat.
