They got my order wrong put the freeze on the tray in about 5 minutes later then put the chicken sandwich on the tray then I had to come all the way back up there because they give me a fried chicken sandwich when I ordered a grilled chicken

I always have to pull up a wait 10mins for my chicken fried chicken dinner and they always forget something and I have to go in or pull back around to the window. Employee are not welcoming. They make u feel like u are bothering

I'd suggest the dumpster behind the landfill to eat before this location. Not only can they not understand how to swipe a card when someone pays, the food tastes like it was cooked last month, sat out in the sun for another months, then freezer burnt for 5 months, then microwaved lukewarm. Stall fries, but extra salty to help your mouth water to choke them down. Topped off with a 30 min wait in the drive thru Threw out every bit of it. In all 42 years of life on this planet.. by leaps and bounds the worst experience.

Great place to dine in. Staff is nice and food is brought out quick. The food is great considering it is fast food. Was highly surprised. We live 35 mins 40 mins away and we drive the distance for a burger here. The dining area was a cozy chilled place to enjoy eating out with familyVegetarian options: The salads are really good. I am a huge fan of Jack's! I hope they keep expanding their footprint to include more areas. The Troy location is clean and nicely decorated with a nice tv to watch sporting events. The breakfast was really good, and the price point is better than comparable fast food places.
