Stopped in for breakfast during a business trip and arrived just before service ended. The food was decent—nothing remarkable, but a classic Southern-style breakfast. What really stands out here isn’t the food, but the atmosphere and hospitality. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, creating a welcoming experience that makes the visit worthwhile.
Gotta stop here if you’re passing through Troy. The food is excellent, with a very homey atmosphere. I don’t usually like catfish but theirs was soooo good. Never change Julia’s!!
It was just very average although the cinnamon rolls were outstanding and I could have gotten a whole plate of those. Everything else was kind of on the bland side, like the sausage gravy didn't hardly have any sausage in it. The hash browns were way overdone and couldn't even taste the potato in them. They were so hard. The scrambled eggs were wetter than I would have liked and the kielbasa was a little too spicy for me. I will not be going back, I feel like it was...
