The only thing I got that I ordered was the slaw and the tea. I ordered the 4 piece tender but got the 4 piece chicken. I did order the potato bombs extra and got those however they are gummy and tasteless. They remind me of glue. I couldn’t eat them. I tried to call the store but no one answered. This is the worse excuse for meal I believe I’ve ever had, besides being expensive!

They were out of everything, including knives, forks and spoons. But they were willing to sell you coleslaw so how is that?! Of course, they didn't tell you until afterwards which makes it even funnier. Seriously, the guy behind the counter could not have been nicer and had a good sense of humor

March 13, 2025. The gizzards were cold. I called the store to speak with a Manager, the person who answered said hello( Very unprofessional). I heard the Manager in the background yelling:"Tell them I ain't here" . JUST AWFUL SERVICE. NO PROFESSIONALISM AT
They couldn't even bother putting the advertised 2 sauces in my tender meal. I asked what looked the the manager for some sauces he just grabs some random shit and tosses it to me. Even though I just paid good money for this it seemed like I was too much of a bother. The food wasn't very good either. Had to spit out half my tenders because they weren't edible.

Me and my wife went through drive thru and they got our order wrong and customer service was terrible disrespectful and no friendly greeting by drive in employee or employee working in kitchen I would not recommend kfc to a dog of mine or anyone else I agree 100 percent with this

Used the app to order they gave my food away, then told me they couldn't remake my food then said I have to call doordash for a refund. I understand mistakes happen but then employee lied management sucked still don't know what doordash had to do with anything. What the store couldn't do in over a hour. corporate fixed in 7 minutes in the parking lot well still haven't received my refund just yet we will see in the next 24 hours... rating food i never received 0 stars service from the lying employee and the no help management 0 stars. Atmosphere of the people looking and shaking they heads with me priceless but still 0 stars. Simple i do not recommend. Be Blessed everyone
