Ordered 8 piece original recipe. Checked chicken and it appeared to be crispy. Returned to lobby and waited another 10 minutes for the one worker and her response was, “We got a new cook, it’ll taste the same”. Never offered to make it right or refund. When I got home and put chicken on platter, there were only SEVEN pieces of crispy chicken. There was a missing breast. Ridiculous to pay $31 for an 8 piece meal and not get what you ordered. The chicken was definitely not original recipe.

I ordered a potato bowl it was old the gravy was basically hard and it only had 4 pieces of little chicken it was not fresh at all an the ice tea always taste spoiled.... Food isn't good at all p.s just threw it all up

Nasty attitude workers, I had to wait 15mins for my food just to get shorted food, lobby full of upset customers as well as people waiting in the drive thru waiting on food. Kfc in Troy has went down bad and this is not my first bad experience and I will be calling corporate. It’s bad business!
Yesterday at around 7:04 PM, I visited this KFC location and had one of the most unpleasant and humiliating experiences I’ve ever gone through in a restaurant. After ordering, I went to the women’s restroom. One of the stalls was extremely dirty, so I chose the larger one. What I did not realize at first was that the door had openings or abbreviations that allow people outside to look directly inside.
Instead of respectfully warning me about this, one of the employees—a short Black woman with braids in her hair, some of them dyed red—noticed and decided to call another coworker. This second employee was a short Latina woman with brown skin, wavy hair, and who obviously spoke Spanish. Together, they stood outside, looked in through the openings, and laughed at me.
This was beyond disrespectful—it was humiliating, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. I felt watched, mocked, and treated as if I had done something wrong when all I wanted was to use the restroom in peace. I didn’t say anything at the moment because I didn’t want to create an uncomfortable atmosphere for the other customers, but this behavior is unacceptable and should never happen in a place like KFC.
On top of that, management should seriously fix that bathroom door. I doubt I am the only customer who has gone through this kind of situation, and it is outrageous that something so basic has not been addressed.
This experience left me feeling hurt, angry, and disrespected. I truly hope management takes this complaint seriously and makes sure no other customer has to go through the same thing.

The order has gotten messed up, order 3 drumsticks and got 3 tenders instead… forgot my drink that i had payed for and the staff was very friendly
