The service was great but the food was not. I feel like I’m eating a frozen pizza it’s no crisp the bottom just soft like it’s not done all the way and the wings …. I opened the box and i thought they gave me plain all the season was at the bottom i ordered Cajun and sweet chili and they didn’t even toss it they put the sauce on the bottom and then put the wings on top. I am disappointed i decided to randomly want Pizza Hut and money was wasted.

Worst Pizza Hut in the entire United States. I just sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting on my pizza that I ordered just to be told that they they don't honor the $50 bill my order was 44.51 and all I had was $50 bill and no debit card so thanks Pizza Hut in Troy worst experience ever I will be saying something to corporate tomorrow as soon as they open up, that's American tender you shouldn't be able to deny money. I can see if I was trying to pay $100 for a $20 bill but no I was trying to pay $50 for a $44 meal.
**EDIT** pizza hut actually deleted my account and I lost all reward points for this review...... Classy pizza hut.

Me my wife 2 daughters and brother in law stopped in here! The whole work crew was black folk. They treated us all very well and respectful, the food got done quickly and was steaming hot. Highly recommend this place

The new Pizza Hut is best restaurant in Troy Alabama and going to the restaurant to order Pizza is blessing the wings are so delicious I enjoy eating Pizza Hut Pizza you can get more for your money and I love the Meat Lovers Pepperoni Lovers and I love the Super Supreme buy 2 of them and heating them up in the oven is a blessing the new location is beautiful and I love the fact no coupons you pay original price and they expensive and you get your money worth no sharing..I would get the 20.00 box or 25.00 box and heat up in my oven Foxcroft Apartments Henderson Drive Apt A6 Troy Alabama 36081 and I order during the day..and I stay upstairs and it's balessing to stay upstairs...

The food was not made to the way I specified so my youngest child wasn't able to eat with us I had to buy her McDonalds...the food want fresh it's like someone called and order ina couple hours find instead of trashing it if they never pucked it uptheyreheated and sent it with us for our dinner and when I called back to complain was told I could contact customer support if I felt the need to do so before I wa shung up inso don't try it cause u may end up in jail dealing with the ride employees

The employees were nice the pizza was cold the crust was very light colored didn't enjoy it at all spent almost $15 on a pizza that was cold.
I ordered takeout and had to make an "at the register" change to my order, which was quick and easy
Seems like they didn't have quite enough staff, which delayed my original order by a few minutes from the estimated time.
Vegetarian options: The internet mentioned "vegan cheese" options which I could not find in the app. If this is truly an option, the app should make it easy to select.

went in with wife for lunch a very nice employee working the register went to sit in lobby and there was pizza hut employees at tables with feet up on tables being extrem loud and using foul language the cook was hollering food up and they all just sat there eating wings and being loud finaly one got up handed us our food this is a nice place but NEEDS A REAL MANAGER they all just treating this place like its there house prob wont return

If I could give zero stars I would . What do I look like paying $13.99 for a medium pizza when the large pizzas are 9.99? I told the guy I wanted the pizzas for 9.99 and I wanted two . He comes to my door with one medium pizza . I get the delivery fee but Jesus if people listen and do their job correctly we wouldn’t have issues . Now here I am having to order pizza from else where . I’ll never order from here again while visiting.
