The food was not made to the way I specified so my youngest child wasn't able to eat with us I had to buy her McDonalds...the food want fresh it's like someone called and order ina couple hours find instead of trashing it if they never pucked it uptheyreheated and sent it with us for our dinner and when I called back to complain was told I could contact customer support if I felt the need to do so before I wa shung up inso don't try it cause u may end up in jail...

I ordered takeout and had to make an "at the register" change to my order, which was quick and easy

Seems like they didn't have quite enough staff, which delayed my original order by a few minutes from the estimated time.

Vegetarian options: The internet mentioned "vegan cheese" options which I could not find in the app. If this is truly an option, the app should make it easy to select.
