Their food is amazing. Their food truck is also top notch, one of the cleanest food trucks I’ve ever seen. They have it set up like a true commercial kitchen so that the food that comes off the truck is just as good as if you were in a sit down steakhouse.

My girl friend and I ate dinner at Preston’s on Feb 17th of this year on our way back home to Michigan from Florida. Food (we had their juicy burgers), atmosphere, and service were terrific. What I liked best was that the owner came around to every table checking on everyone’s comfort. Striking up a conversation with him he told me about his bbq then headed back to the kitchen to work. Bout half hour later he reappeared at the table with samples of his bbq for us to taste....

Restaurant was short of help, and got busier after we arrived, but had to remind waitress to bring salad. Then had to have manager go find our food. Food was not bad, but wasn't what we were expecting given the reviews we read on line.
