This was my first time in the new location. The food was just like I remembered it, but the building was cleaner and brighter. There is now a walk window up, and a lot more windows to provide light and see what's happening inside. The location is a little more out if the way, but the Crowe's tradition is alive and well in Troy, AL.

Very very rude people that own it so I wouldn't advise going to get anything other than chicken if you're trying to get a sandwich chicken salad or nothing like that they ain't going to have it I promise you I've been going there for 3 years and they don't have nothing but Chicken in there very very rude and it stinks in there

I live over an hour's drive away, and I will stop here every time I'm in Troy. If I hear a friend or family member is going, I'll convince them to bring me some back. The food is delicious, the staff is wonderful, and I cannot get enough. It is a must eat.

Not like it use to be. For a small, medium or large snack you only get 1 sauce, which should be more sauce per size of snack you order. The chicken was also hard for my order
