Rodeo is now Taqueria Mariscos. Lolita was amazing and sweet. We had the lunch shrimp fajitas and torta with carnitas. Both were served quickly and were delicious. A nice touch was shrimp ceviche, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers with the salsa and chips.
Stopped in on a whim while traveling and we were pleasantly surprised. We both had the quessabirria which was phenomenal, the rice tasted like my Abuela made it. Our son had the burger and fries, the fries were top notch. They had 2 birthday celebrations happen while we were there which was a cool experience. The staff was wonderful, we had probably 5-6 different staff members check in on us and assist in some sort of way. If we ever happen to travel back through, we will definitely...
