“Not often do I leave a 5-star review for fast food. I was so pleased to place my order online on the parking lot. My sandwich was coming out of the toaster when I walked in literally three minutes later. Super friendly staff and attentive to details.“
“First off my high score was for the employee named Reagan. I visited the store after work the evening of 11/26/25. When I arrived there were several people ordering with multiple orders. I was patiently waiting for the next employee to come to the front to lend a hand but no one showed up so I continued to wait patiently. Reagan fixed those sandwiches and mine amazingly and his customer service was excellent. He’s a 10/10. My takeaways on the visit was the lighting outside is too dim. Also, your employee working alone in this darkness is dangerous. I’m sure everybody wanted to be home with family but owners step in if you don’t have the staff and lend a hand and so your employees lives won’t be at risk.“
