I give it four stars because it depends who is working. There are days that everything is great and the food is not burnt and the person at the window doesn't have an attitude. It's fast food for a reason so I just want to order and keep it moving.
It's a hassle if you have to pay with cash. You order off the kiosk and I don't think your order goes to the kitchen until it's paid for. And sometimes it can be a few minutes wait before someone comes to the counter to help . The last couple times I went in the restaurant I had to wait atleast 30 minutes and 2 or three more customers besides myself were all that werethere. .
I'm only rating my experience because of the new girl there. I hate I didn't get her name but she went above and beyond. First time ever wanting to give it more than one star in years. They was out of ice but that's fine considering it seemed as though the newer girl was doing more than everyone there put together and first time since I can remember I actually got my order right. In Troy Alabama by the way
