My family(party of 8) drove to Troy for Hibachi cooked at the table, but our normal spot was closed due to weather damage. We googled & Trojan Teriyaki came up. They don't have the "show", but our mouths were already set for Hibatchi so we tried it
When we walked in, the owner looked overwhelmed, he already had two, 2 tops and a party of at least our size.
To my knowledge there was only one other person working with him, a lady in the kitchen.

Good place. Price is affordable with fresh food.
Great experience with super friendly staff and excellent food. Filet & scallops were perfect and the sushi was fresh.

Trojan Teriyaki and Hibachi House offers authentic oriental cuisine at reasonable prices, with a beautiful atmosphere. The Japanese Eggrolls and Bang Bang Bang Chicken are favorites, and many enjoy the noodles. The restaurant is beautiful and busy during the day, with food available for take out. The family only takes debit cards. Trojan Teriyaki is a hidden gem where the food is very good and the wait is not excessive, with plenty of leftovers. The Coconut Shrimp was absolutely delicious.
