The fountain drinks weren't working so the employees had to fix your drink. There was no sauce or cups to put the sauce in. I did later realized at the counter where you receive the food they had a basket of condiments. I didn't notice this till I was leaving so I took some ketchup packets that were left on a table. Some of the tables were not clean. The good Burger 2 meal -the burger looked smaller than the picture.
I went to arbys today for lunch. After I had ordered and got to the window I realized I didn’t have my debit card on me nor did I have any cash on me. I let the girl at the window know and apologized and her reply was “you some money or something?” And I was like “I don’t have any cash but is there a way to punch my card # in because I knew it by heart.” She left and a man came to the window to ask me what happened. You gotta get this drink fountain and condiment station issue resolved. I just saw another 3 month old review talking about the same problem.There was no ice and no carbonation in the sodas and the coke fountain dispensed powerade.Food tasted fine. Service was par, nothing special to report there.
