They were short staffed. The restaurant was not clean. They had a roof leak, so they had the ceiling tiles laying around on the ground. It was a disaster. Our food was OK, but we had to go back to the counter because they left out our curly fries.

I'm almost always thinking Arby's. They were busy and they seemed kinda understaffed because bad weather was coming at the time and it affected service and the food a little to be honest.

Good food, watched the manager (wm,large frame,bearded) exhibit 5 star behavior when an unruly customer attempted to bully him, and dealing with the "Karen" he maintained good attitude.
