Food was great, place was clean including the restrooms, and service was excellent. Came in after the dinner rush on Halloween and still had a good meal and wonderful servic even when it was clear they might have been under staffed. Special shout out to Ty, she was a rock star!

No this is the WORST food I’ve ever seen ?? I got a loaded Italian after 40 minutes they say they can’t make it. Whatever I ask for a roast beef gyro, they say that’s fine then proceed to give me pita PICKLES, and a bunch of roast beef SOAKED in mayo . Now yall know you’re wrong for that. Disgusting. 0/10. And no whip cream?? Be foreal

The food and service was good but the lobby was 88 degrees it was awful I tried to call to tell them but no answer I'm sure I want be the only one that complains about this it made me feel awful

Horrible service! The servers were immature, slow, unprofessional and were more interested in laughing and talking with each other than they are in taking your order. The same person who took our money turned around a touched our food—no gloves, no washing, just filth. The little meat that was in the gyro was hard and crunchy (over microwaved) I had to get a refund on the gyro. This was a bad experience all the way around!

We stopped her for food because we like Arby's. They were slow to take out order but it was exactly as ordered in a good time. And it was standard fare... which means good! What we really appreciated though was the kindness of the staff. Our truck decided it wasn't going to move again. The staff was so understanding about us having to leave it overnight. I'd go back just because of their understanding!

We had 2 orders of 4 for $10 roast beef the first order came out and the second order was still waiting 15 mins later. The girl told guy making food he missed an order. And at that point they was out of roast beef and there was another 15 mins later wait. Ridiculous. This is second time in 3 days they was out of roast beef and had to cook more when I’ve ordered. Thanks Arby’s now 2 people didn’t get to eat cause we was all on a time limit and had to get refunded on second order.
