I ate at outback tonight and my friends and I total in 5 had a great experience. Our lovely server Anna was very polite and in tune with every. She managed to remember all our names great us each time she address someone and remember our drinks and never had to be asked to do anything. Came prepared and ready the food was done timely and cooked to perfection. But what made our day is how great Anna was at keeping things relaxing welcomed and awesom
Alicia, the manager at the Tuscaloosa location is great! We had an issue with our Togo order and she went above and beyond to make sure it was made right with us. I was pretty upset about the mishap but after the way it was handled I am very pleased with the overall experience here.
