Have visited the food truck on campus twice. Host is friendly and makes ordering easy. Barbecue (pork and chicken) are fantastic.
Pulled Pork, Ribs, Nachos, Ribs. Yum. Bama BBQ was my favorite for smoked wings, not anymore. These wings fall off the bone and melt in your mouth like butter. Hands down my favorite smoked wings in Tuscaloosa. Catch the food truck when you can.

Experience the food truck at Government Plaza. Was very slow and not well organized. They were out of ribs so I had the junkyard dog which was pretty good. The beef was a little dry. I was hoping for a richer banana pudding instead of a whipped kind. I should have tried the frozen dessert instead which seemed very popular.

Bama Flava brought the flava! I grabbed a bite from this food truck while I was at work. The folks were friendly and the food was fab! The barbecue on the sandwich was some of the best I’ve had. The fries were seasoned to perfection! Good job y’all!
