I've been and it's been excellent. Other times not so much. However the attitude at the window might make you wanna pull off befor scanning your card. Seems like some are mad to do your drive. Gave me half my order and had to keep asking and showing my receipt. I was met with eye rolls for what was left off my order. Other times they've givin me peppers at no charge for a slight wait. Just try your luck but ore than once.

A young female with a real nasty attitude called me a gull and something else under her breath tonight. I had a chance to really get out of my character but I held my tongue. The manager stated Niya be quiet. It's late at night and they are already busy I don't expect to go in a place at night to disrespect no one child at the register but the next person won't be as nice as I was young female and I hope the restaurant do something about this situation. If you don't like your job ....QUIT!

I haven't been here in about 5 years because there isn't one nearby. My friend and I needed a quick lunch. The service was quick and efficient. We ordered the two piece leg & thigh combo. It comes with a classic side and a small drink. We both got coleslaw and a jalapeño. Our drink was minute maid lemonade. The chicken was as hot as ever. It took us thirty minutes to eat it. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the skin was crispy and the only one I ever eat on fried chicken. The honey biscuit was smaller, but still delicious. The coleslaw was good. Not sweet or sour. It was really a good meal.

One employee had a eager attitude to leave the drive thru to prep for her shift... They was out of chicken tenders and chicken
I came to this location to dine in and i went to the bathroom and after one 30 seconds A man from the worker man came and knocked on the door harder and shouted, “Get out of the bathroom,” even though there did not appear to be any malfunction in the bathroom. Then the man came again and knocked on the door more forcefully, and then the woman came and knocked on the door more forcefully and shouted, “We do not have a bathroom, even though the bathroom is there.” It works. I left terrified, not caring about the food I was waiting for. What is this aggressive behavior?

2/10 they said something about how they tenders take so long to unthaw , so they wasn’t selling them anymore , on top of that they had me waiting at the drive thru for 5 mintues !!

Went 3 hours before closing and they stated that they were out of chicken!?I recommend that can do better with how they run the corporation more properly and not so poorly and most importantly not on how they feel like running it that day based on personal feelings by employees and management.Nobody forced you to apply and accept the job offer. We the people just want some Church’s chicken and shouldn’t have to travel to the Alberta City location just to have quality service!
