We were so impressed that we decided to stay put and lease again here next school year. Lisa made the process very simple and went above and beyond our expectations. We would recommend them to others.
The best apartment management company. You hear many horror stories of people’s apartments never getting fixed, having roof leaks, AC problems, etc. but never with College Station. I complained of a slow leaking drain and had a technician in my apartment and fixing the problem within the hour. My apartment is very cheap but the management makes it feel like a luxury service
