I like cravings. Little bagel and sandwich shop. Nothing too fancy but still a cool little shop. If I'm downtown I like to grab a water or a soft drink from here versus going to the convenience store as well...
Super cute place! They had a really good bakery section, and everything was good, but they sort of messed up our order and we were waiting for so long to get it that we didn't have time to wait for them to fix it. But I'd say the atmosphere was cool and it was a combo of a lot of different vibes. I prefer sitting outside when I come!Vegetarian options: Don't have to get meat on the sandwiches. They are still good without, and you can get some good eggs in there for protein.
Stopped for a quick lunch and the food was amazing! So good we couldn't decide between breakfast or lunch so we tried both. Bagels were so fresh and delicious. Chicken salad in the croissant was amazing too. Would definitely come back!

I have tried to order food from here 3 different times and I pay for it and then I never get it. It says they are open till 8 and an hour before that I still can’t get my order. Their food is very good this is why I have tried to order from them. But after last night, I waited over an hour in a half. I won’t don’t it again. They need to make sure it’s not them and get with DoorDash bc I am sure you are gonna loose more customers.

Love the Ruben, the club sandwich is great, the muffaletta is good. I've eaten here several times and I can't think of anything that wasn't just perfect
Cinnamon roll, breakfast sandwich, avocado toast, and the Cuban oh my! Everything was delicious and the service was excellent.

Recommended to us as the “go to place” for breakfast in Tuscaloosa, we were eager to try it. Walked in at around 10:30 so the place was very quiet, so quiet we couldn’t see any staff just 3 people lounging around the sofas and tables at the back of the eating area, oh! These are the servers and cook!! The bagels were fresh cooked and tasty, plus there is a good selection on offer. Main problem is that the restaurant has strong food odour and smells throughout and you need a good “Fibreze” spray afterwards! Annoyingly they insist you clear your own table when you get up to leave, where has service gone? Soon as we were served they returned to the sofas and lay down again, right next to our tables! What do they think you are paying for? Despite tasting good we only rate this place 3/10 giving all the other failures!

It really pains me to write this review, because I've been a loyal customer for some time now and the experience for the most part has been fantastic... until today (4/20/22).I stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich before going to class. The lady prepping my sandwich was toasting my bagel, but while that was toasting she took the proteins (eggs, cheese, sausage) and placed the overflowing spatula ON A SHELF ABOVE THE OVENs. There was nothing protecting the food from the shelf either. She loaded the proteins onto the spatula and placed it on a more than likely very dirty shelf right in front of me.And of course, she is serving two people in front of me who order a bagel sandwich like I did, but she puts their proteins on a paper plate.This is completely unsanitary and I'm pretty sure is a direct violation of certain health codes. Unfortunately because of this I no longer feel comfortable eating at this establishment and will be taking my business elsewhere unless changes are made.Also apologies for my finger being in front of the camera, I had a very small window to take a picture for evidence. I normally am not the type to raise hell about food service but this is just downright disgusting.

The cashier acted like she couldn't be bothered to serve us. They had a kid camped out on the couches with blankets & pillows taking up seating. The kid's shoes was left on the floor & was walking around in socks. I saw one of the staff handling food without gloves which turned us off from the food. The food definitely wasn't great quality. This place is not run professionally.
Adorable place. Went for the GF bagels and they were sold out so had to leave. Lesson learned - get there
