I've been to HSOHa few times and was pretty pleased. Just don't dare go at 9:45 Friday night because there will be no host, nobody will greet you or assist you or so much as look your way. I even sat myself at a table in the bar area and waited to no avail. Got up and walked out still with not so much as a, "were you helped?" It's a no for me now.
