I placed an online order, and I goofed up by putting the wrong pickup time. I noticed it instantly. From the moment I hit the order button, I had been calling nonstop, trying to let them know I wasn't going to be able to pick it up for another 2 hours. No one ever picked up the phone. I'm aware that it was my fault for not paying attention while placing the order.. but I don't see why a phone couldn't be answered a single time within the 2 hours that I had...

Don’t trust their app to tell you when the pizza is done. I pulled up to get mine 5 minutes after it said it was done. The guy working at the window told me they were just putting it in the over and would be 10 minutes. Food is always great but that is dysfunctional service with the app.
