My family is in Tuscaloosa for a football game and truly enjoy our experience at Forte. The cocktails, atmosphere, and food were amazing!
I have lived in Tuscaloosa for over a year and have wanted to eat at Forte'... I finally went and was blown away... The Atmosphere was Fantastic, Food was Over the Top, Service was Impeccable!!! I give Forte' a Top Notch Review... It is now my FAVORITE go to place!!!
Great location for Alabama Football and Basketball games . Staff and leadership is super friendly and helpful.
The service was far better than the food & drink. The wine list was limited & the sommelier was not available for questions. The food was no better than any mid level chain restaurant. I would not return.
Very good food, atmosphere was good as well. All of the appetizers were good and both pasta dishes we ordered all tasted good.
Phenomenal service and food!! The best fries in town. Fantastic drinks and wine list. Always a fun night at Forte.
In town Saturday for the football game and came in late. Wasn't sure we'd get our party of four in but it was great. Was seated outside and everything from the atmosphere, food and service was awesome! Special thanks to the hostess who got us seated! Will be back next time.

Jared was the sole highlight of our experience here. His kindness and bartending expertise were above and beyond and up to the level of an establishment such as this. I rarely do so but would love to highlight Courtney for her complete lack of professionalism and superiority complex. Never have I had anyone at a classy restaurant stoop to this level of condescension. To work here should mean you are respectable but that standard was absolutely denied in my experience. Come for Jared and the food, get run out by Courtney.

Me and my fiancé traveled out of town to try this place for our anniversary and me and him were very disappointed with the food. The chicken parm was overly crispy and dark on the outside(which it was probably fried in old oil) and slightly pink on the inside(which made us feel like it didn’t hit 165 degrees before they served it). As well, the bolognese wasn’t anything special. The sauce wasn’t well distributed throughout, it was just resting at the bottom of the dish. We had the crème brûlée for dessert. Unfortunately, the crispy sugary topping was way too thick that you couldn’t eat it with the custard without breaking a tooth and the custard was way too sweet. The service was great. Shout out to Faith. She was very kind and charismatic. I gave the atmosphere a 4 star because the music didn’t match the decor or environment at all. Overall, it was way too expensive for the quality of food we got. We told ourselves that if we come back to Tuscaloosa we’re definitely going somewhere else.

Restaurantji Recommends
Restaurant is lovely inside. We sat for an 815pm reservation and were not served entrees until after 10pm. No apologies or acknowledgment from any staff regarding the excessive wait. My entree order was pancetta salad w grilled shrimp. Zero pancetta. For all of that, the bill was large. Would not recommend.

We have dined here many times and have had both the French and Italian cuisine. Last night was very good. Our waitress was excellent and both pasta dishes were good. The burrata was also good. I hope this continues as Tuscaloosa deserves consistent excellence for dining.
Terrible food. I'm not sure what happened to the quality and flavor. It looks like the quality has significantly gone down. The main entrees were flavorless, too much butter. We couldn't even finish our food. Not worth the $$$ and time for business or personal dinners.
One of the best brunches I’ve had in a long time. It was hard to pick between so many great options. Everything everyone got was excellent. And the service was top notch. New go to spot for brunch in Tuscaloosa.
