The drive thru workers on 15th street Tuscaloosa stole my card information. They kept my card for a long time and took it to the back and then the following day used it to order door dash for McDonald’s. I have never had my info stolen from my bank. To much of a coincidence not to be those workers on that particular morning on Oct. 25 2023.
Went there today. August 5th. Drive thru. Sign says. 2 sausage biscuits 1.99. Med tea 1.59. I order that. Get my order. Pay 7.24. Drive off. Then realize they charge me too much. I go back around. Tell them. Now get this. Lady says I have to ask for reduced price or they charge you full amount. Mind blown.
I went there late at night because the sign said 24 hours. The lady on drive thru refused to take my order. They only had the breakfast menu on but when I tried to order a breakfast item she said they weren’t serving breakfast. When I tried to order a dinner menu item she said they weren’t serving that either. I asked what they were serving and she ignored me. I then asked again and again there was no answer. I had to drive somewhere else for food. Will not be going here again.
