My online orders are always messed up, either my burrito bowl is completely wrong and has things added to it that I didn’t want or the proportions are terrible. The proportions sometimes have things like too much salsa or not enough rice. The serving area where they make your food is gross, they never wipe it off and it has ingredients all over the serving line that they drag your bowl through and it gets all the gross food residue on your lid . How is this place still open??? The sanitation and cleanliness alone is terrible, not to mention the service! Nobody cares in this place and it shows!! Not somewhere one would feel safe eating. Blech!
