I had the same issue as another reviewer, I ordered a half dozen bagels to take home. Unsliced/untoasted. I LEFT A TIP thinking the cashier would turn around and throw my 6 bagels in a bag... nope... at the time i ordered there was nobody behind me in line!! But 15+ minutes later I still had no bagels so I decided to approach an employee and they did promptly throw my bagels in the bag and apologized.They could have tossed in a free bagel to really drive home their appreciation...read full review
After searching and searching for an authentic, good bagel in Tuscaloosa … I finally Google searched “bagel Tuscaloosa” and realized it wasn’t as tough of a search as I thought. The place can get insanely busy — and loud — on the weekends, and it isn’t as fast as my last favorite bagel place…but it is so, so good. Cute little spot near the lake. Bagels always taste good, they took take a bit long but not overly long, I’ve seen worse. I used to go to Einstein’s but they didn’t have one in Tuscaloosa so I tried to custom the bagel to make the tasty turkey Bagel sandwich and it was really good but the menu is a little confusing, wish there was an option on build your own bagel and proper pricing to know beforehand. Besides that, everything was great
