My last 2 visits were great. The food was great, and the waitresses were all nice, polite, professional, and attractive. It does seem to be a change from how this place was a few years ago. It is a lot better now so I felt a positive review was due.

It took 45 minutes for us to get our drinks another 20 minutes for us to get our food order in and then another 30-40 minutes to get our food and then we were not able to get our drinks so we had to ask and then when the food came out, I’m gonna attach pictures of what the wings look like And they weren’t even busy completely. Unacceptable.

The smoked wings with cajun dry rub are some of the best I’ve had, but lately, the quality control for their chicken supplier must have hit rock bottom.
I ignored the feathers on my last pick up order, but this time was too much. The little hairs are typically just on the flats, but this time, my drumstick had a full on Mohawk. But, it’s blended right in with the smoky color and seasoning, so it’s hard to tell.
But there is NO way someone popped that in a smoker without noticing, on top of someone at the should have seen it.
It’s getting ridiculous and it will be the last time I’m back for a long time.
It’s one thing to have it happen once, but twice in a three week span, is a serious issue.
Management or corporate need to step in on this, because it’s pretty gross and ruins your appetite. ESPECIALLY when you are paying these prices, almost $2 a wing.

Horrible service The food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while even though I arrived just a few minutes after it was scheduled for me to pick it up my order was not correct but I didn't realize this until I got home because the waitress working behind the bar didn't bother to verify the order was correct and I mistakenly trusted her and the manager on duty didn't seem to have a clue how to help me with the issue that I was having Not a good first time visit to this location

Asia was our server and she was awesome!! We never waited for anything she was very accommodating to us as well! We need lower chairs with back because we had a couple elderly people. Our food was delicious! Tony the Manager on Duty also was great and helped us to get the football games we wanted the watch! We will definitely be back!
