I placed an online order @10:26am and my food supposed to be done @10:37am but when I arrive to get my order I had to wait an additional hour an a half. This meal should have been free in that case or something. Some kind of compensation for the long wait.

The service at this location was terrible. There were alot of employees standing and sitting around, but no one came to greet us or take our order for a while after we sat down at our table. When our server finally came, she took our order but let us know that she was leaving for her second job. Our food took forever to come and still had to wait for pancakes. She made us close our ticket early claiming again she had to go to her second job again, but was still hanging around until the end of our dining. The bathroom also smelled awful. With as many employees I seen standing/sitting around and talking loudly to each other there was no need for bad customer service. One manager seems to not have authority over the staff and the other one seems to be adding to the problem instead of making them do there jobs. There are many other restaurants in the area that would probably be a better choice than this restaurant.

Traveling & stopped in to this IHOP location. The restaurant was not busy & we were seated quickly. We then waited 30 mins for the waitress to show up. Who then proceeded to tell us she was trying to leave to go to her second job. We then wait a while for the food. As soon as we are served the waitress asked if she could go ahead & close the check as she was once again trying to get to her “second” job. This location is over staffed & lots of employees sitting around chatting with nothing to do. With this many employees it makes you wonder why service takes so long & customer service is lacking. When we left our waitress was still hanging out & chatting with other staff members. We will not be back to this location. My advice is there are other restaurants in the area & to choose one of those instead.

Got seated, and waited about 25 minutes while all the servers were hanging out in back and walked around. No drink orders, but son got canyons.... disappointing.

I got sick after eating breakfast here. The guy waiting on me spoke it grunts and clicks. He also fell asleep leaning on one of the booths. The food looked good but like I said I got sick a few hours later. Eat at your own risk.

I cannot express enough how terrible this location is. Waited on food only to have it be cold. The hash browns were so hard you couldn’t even chew them it was like biting into an uncooked Raman noodle. The employees were more concerned with chatting amongst themselves rather than the customers. There had to be more than 20 employees milling around chatting, eating doing nothing. This boils down to bad mgmt and I would say stay away!!
Waited over an hour for food.
