I went in today. Today is Thursday. April, the 11th for breakfast. I ordered French toast sausage links hash broand got my food and. My food was raw and was not fully cooked. I haven't been there in many years but I will never return. Plus it's very overpriced not worth it at all

IHOP has always been one of my favorite places to eat until this evening. I ordered IHOP delivery to the hospital due to an unforeseen circumstance. When I got back to the hospital room, I discovered there was no cream cheese frosting in a cup, only strawberries, and whipped cream. So, I called to the restaurant to notify them that I didn’t receive any with my order. This guy answered the phone. I told him that I had a door dash delivery at the hospital and didn’t receive my cup of cream cheese frosting. He proceeded to tell me that it doesn’t come with that. I told him if I knew it no longer came with it, I wouldn’t have ordered it. I told him it has always came with it. He told me whoever was doing that was just being extra. He added that he’s taken all his tests and everything. Afterwards, he hung up on me. This is an example of poor customer service. I’m very angry that this happened to me. The first two pics are the NY Cheesecake pancakes that I’m accustomed to eating from IHOP dine in and to go with the cream cheese frosting, strawberries, and whipped topping from Skyland Boulevard. IHOP, please talk to your manager on duty this evening, April 6, 2024, at 6:34pm central time. He may have taken all the tests but, he lacks people skills. Never hang up on a customer, especially when they paid extra for something.

Excellent breakfast this morning with a group of friends. Corey, our server, was welcoming, prompt, cordial and funny. He brought us everything we needed. This IHOP is one I definitely would return to. Make sure you ask for Corey's section.

I ordered my food at 1045 and it said it would be ready by 1123. It was not even started by then. The waitress was too busy laughing with her friends to sit anyone or check orders. She walked up and ignored at least 5 customers. Everyone except for me walked out. I tried to get a refund and wasn't allowed had to wait until 11 to get my damn order and it was wrong. Not only am I not coming back I'm telling everyone I know not to come back.

They need a hire a better manager. They always claim they’re short staff. Waited 15 minutes just to get drinks but you see all the employees just talking.

I guess they just didn't have enough help, we were there about 7:30, it took us awhile to get seated, and to place an order, then about 45 minutes to get our food. The food was just ok, I don't think we will be going back.
New revised omelette menu was a let downWay smaller and spicy poblano had no spice. If this is the new normal for Omelette I'll go somewhere else.

The bathroom was horrible! Sticky floor, dirty toilet area and no paper products in the stalls. Absolutely no cleaning or restocking going on there. Really gross!!
