KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is a new restaurant with great potential. While there are some hiccups, like the incomplete full bar and cold dumplings at the salad bar, the service is exceptional, with servers like Nikki and Faith enhancing the dining experience. The BBQ meat is excellent, though making lettuce wraps can be challenging. Despite initial intimidation, the staff guides guests through the cooking process, making it a unique and enjoyable experience. Plentiful and delicious food makes it a must-visit eatery.
