Grand Opening and the Re-Opening of ZAX was 🔥. Service and Food be on point even if you all miss you’ll make the visit fixable and fun.
Best service ever!! Ordered on the app and food was ready quick! The employees were helpful and smiley!!
I’ve never had a negative experience with their staff, they’re always nice and correct mistakes no problem but almost every time I come here there’s some sort of slip-up. I always order extra sauce and usually have to go back inside, and the most recent time I ordered a Big Zax Snak I had 2 tenders plus what was no bigger than like a chicken nug from Chick-fil-a. Still would go back cause the food is worth

Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a restaurant known for its tasty and fresh food, especially its chicken tenders and wings. Many customers appreciate the friendly and caring team members, who go above and beyond to provide good service. For example, one staff member replaced a missing menu item on Easter Sunday to make an elderly customer happy, showing their dedication to customer satisfaction. The restaurant often hosts special events like a “Re-Grand Opening,” where staff members welcome guests warmly and make them feel part of the community. Customers enjoy the food being served hot, crispy, and covered in delicious sauces, such as the popular Hot Honey Mustard. The drive-thru service is usually smooth and quick, perfect for late-night dinners. While most experiences are positive, some customers have faced issues, like missing napkins or a chicken sandwich not cooked fully, which was addressed after speaking with the manager. Overall, Zaxby’s is a favorite for flavorful, fast food, and friendly service, with staff members who care about making each visit a good experience.
