The Tuscaloosa Skyland franchise is very well run. I tried to order online on my app, but for some reason kept getting an error message. I called the manager took my order and even gave me the20% discount I would have received for ordering online.
When I got there I was greeted by the manager and she was just finishing up my order. It was hot and ready to go. Thanks for the great service and good food as usual

We go here at least 4 times a week. The service is always great. Tonight, Amber provided exceptional service with a wonderful customer service experience and positive attitude. Thank you Skyland Jacks! We'll be back, back, back! Lol

First experience with Jacks and though we went drive through.. it's a 10 out of 10. Staff was so understanding and pleasant as my husband failed to mention no onions as I'm allergic and they very pleasantly remade my portion of the order. No mistake on staff but still apologized. You all were great and much appreciated.
